1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

1.1 Standard Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

1.2 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may not be eligible for a refund. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

1.3 No-Show: Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone. Provide your booking details and reason for cancellation.

2.2 Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

3.1 Discounted Bookings: Reservations made under promotional offers or non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds.

3.2 Early Check-Out: No refunds will be issued for early check-outs after the guest has checked in.

4. Modification of Reservation

4.1 Date Changes: We allow one-time free date changes if requested at least 48 hours prior to the original check-in date, subject to availability.

4.2 Rate Changes: Modifying a reservation to new dates may result in a change in the applicable rate. Guests are responsible for any additional charges.
